just looked at our September real estate statistics here in Palm Beach County
for Single Family Home’s and they’re flying off the shelf! Palm Beach County
continues to be a strong market for sellers and buyers. Closed sales
year-over-year for September were up over 21%, and almost half were for cash.
That’s a lot of transactions happening and it is motivating the sellers. New
listings soared up 32% year-over-year and in spite of that, inventory still
dropped over 22%. Like many agent’s throughout the county, we have been seeing
multiple offers on our well priced properties and making sure our buyers are
prepared with their pre-approval for financing. As my business partner Sergio
said to me recently, we need to surf in the chaos.
