I would say Mr. Sergio Lucena is a A+++ realtor in the point of my view. After my wife and I first met Mr. Sergio Lucena and talked with him in his office, we knew that he is very professional as a realtor. He knows the marketing especially our area very well and judged sale price accurately. He gave us many valuable suggestions that we didn't think about it as a customer. We are very satisfied with sale result as we received multiple offers in couple days and the contract was signed very quickly (within 1 week) and the sale went very smoothly. And most importantly, we sold it at a price about 15% higher than what we expected at the beginning. Cheers! As for characteristics and personalities, I have no complaint at all. Mr. Sergio Lucena is a very kind, helpful, polite gentlemen and knows how to respect people. He is like a friend of us although we don't know him before. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a second home in South Florida and came in contact with Charles through a referral. Charlie spent considerable time listinening to our plans to lead us to appropriate properties. He previewed the properties before my wife and I would visit the propertied not only to familiarize himself with the same but to determine if they really met out needs or if viewing them would be a waste of time. In the process of a job transfer.. Charles was referred to me by an associate who also recently transfered to Florida. I've been impressed with his follow up and availablitiy too. Much of this has been over the phone with a last minute trip or two down to Florida for house hunting, he's gone out of his way to be available. I can't comment on his negotiation skills because we haven't been through that with him yet but I'm confident based on my experience so far and the recommendation of my associate. My transfer is on hold for a bit but I intend to continue working with Charles once I get the go ahead. This isnt my first transfer but it's been the easiest so far.
