This is Charlie Wiener with
the Wiener Lucena Global Realty Group at
Remax Pros in Boca Raton Florida, and I'm in Broken Sound
Country Club today.
Broken Sound Country Club is an award-winning year-round,
private country club community.
They
are a Five Star Platinum Club Award Winner and they've recently
also been awarded the prestigious Emerald Club Designation.
There
are 27 lavishly landscaped and distinctive communities each with their own
character.
The
club has beautiful amenities here. I happened to be sitting
on their patio right outside the
member’s main dining ground and
we're
overlooking the 18th hole of the club course. There are actually two
championship courses here. The famous Old Course is
also home to
the PGA tournament of champions. Again,
